What does it mean to ‘belong’? How do we think about and experience belonging? And how can we create a greater sense of belonging in the modern world?

Making Meaning is a community event that invites people to explore ‘belonging’ through a series of fun, creative activities. No creative or artistic experience is required to take part in this important conversation. The activities are designed so that people of all ages and from all walks of life can share meaningful experiences, observations, insights, and stories.

Come along and meet the Good Health Design team at the Ellen Melville Centre between 10am and 2pm on Friday 26 February 2021. See you there!

Is there a cost to attend?
Nope. Making Meaning is a FREE event open to everyone.

Do I need to register for a workshop / activity?
No registration required. Just show up at the scheduled time. Some workshops will have limitations on numbers due to space, but we'll try our best to accomodate everyone who turns up.

Who are we?
This event is organised by AUT's Good Health Design and builds on the Making Methods event held last year. This time we are collaborating with the Ellen Melville Centre to bring this event to Auckland's CBD.

Is there food and drinks?
Unfortunately not. Sorry.

Can I share this with my family, friends and colleagues?
Yes, we'd love anyone to attend and take part! Feel free to share the link to this page with anyone you think will be interested.

Making Meaning will proceed as long as Auckland is in COVID Alert Level 1. Follow us on our instagram @goodhealthdesign for the latest updates on this event. Thank you!
