This workshop will explore how we can refocus the intentions of design for health research to privilege the voices and needs of communities often silenced and marginalised. Workshop participants will consider how they approach collaborative research to mobilise the strengths, skills, and resources that exist within communities to ensure accurate portrayal of their stories and that privileges their aspirations – community leads, research follows.
